•Draw up and implement the procurement plans in agreement with Supply Chain (inventory), R&D (specifications) and Finance (liquidity), Sales (demand), Pricing & Trading Desk (contracts) as well as the executive manager. •Secure the required parts for machines and utilities in the plant. •Provide the needed sources for maintenance services and consultation if needed. •Negotiate and close contracts in accordance with the executive manager. •Analyze and evaluate current and potential suppliers in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements. Prepare the decision of new suppliers. •Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments on the procurement markets and, if necessary, adjust the purchasing concepts and take measures in accordance with the executive manager. •Ensure the total administration and documentation of processes in purchasing (contracts, invoices, master data, conditions, etc.)
Qualifications •A Bachelor of Engineering; preferably Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics •1-3 years of experience •Foreign Purchasing experience •Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills •Excellent English and computer skills •SAP Experience is preferred •Residents of Giza and 6th of October
