•Maintaining quality management system to assure product and process quality in break disc plant. •Managing QMBD production section to achieve company goals. •Ensure the quality of brake discs produced products. •Ensuring the Quality release for Brake disc products and processes. •Control and conduct product audit for produced brake discs according to specifications and reporting audit results to the QM managements. •Assure quality receiving and final inspection for brake disc products. •Ensure proper handling for internal and external Corrective/Preventive actions for brake disc plant. • Controlling the establishing and implementing the required quality procedures, work instructions and records. •Ensure the communication with customers quality parties about quality standards and acceptance/rejection criteria. •Ensure the facilitation of needed quality tools and assuring usage of calibrated equipment. •Control rectification activities and approving release for rectified products. •Manage of quality engineers and quality inspectors in terms of disciplinary related tasks and matters. •Monitor production line outputs through regular audits, analysis through extracted samples analysis. •Responsible to the brake disc initial sample testing and approval. •Distribute the brake disc monthly quality reports after approval of Department Manager. •Ensure working according standards as ISO TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. •Handle the communication with the suppliers for quality related problems. •Implement brake disc quality improvement projects. •Development of brake disc suppliers in order to achieve product and process quality. •Handle customer satisfaction feedback. • Ensure fulfillment bake disc division process audits plans.
Qualifications - BSc. of Engineering - From 5-7 Years of Experience in QM Manufacturing field Knowledge in : - Six Sigma - Quality tools user
