Description The Retail Marketing & promotion Manager will develop, manage and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for a chain of retail stores in the Egypt. He/she will work closely with the Marketing and the Retail Sales teams to implement marketing campaigns. Efficiently manage the Loyalty program of the chain of retail stores. Execute the direct mail and SMS campaigns of the organization. Develop and implement online/offline marketing campaigns with a focus on driving sales. Work to maximize visual presence in-store and at events by planning, development and production of printed materials, point-of-sale materials and fixtures. Work with Merchandise Team and Store Managers to develop all point-of sale materials and fixtures to support product launches, and selling programs. Write creative briefs, manage timelines, negotiate costs and traffic all printed materials, point-of-sale items and fixtures. Lead creative process and oversee tactical execution to develop all in-store and event materials. Oversee relationships and direct outside vendors including graphic designers, printers, banner, display companies and Media agencies. Effectively communicate and act as cross functional lead to ensure all in-store materials and programs are utilized successfully and executed against plan. increase customer traffic to retail store locations by managing day-to-day events and communications at retail locations and off-site events by ensuring the development and implementation of timely and cost-effective event plans, fluid retail event execution, and accurate post-event analysis reflecting positive This position requires a sound understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising, promotions, community relations, public relations, donations and sponsorships
