•Handling operation of sales to achieve Company Sales target for business. •Forecasting future sales prospect & new business development. To promote direct sales within the defined segment. To maintain and increase the share of spend with the customer account. Identification of new opportunities (new product lines) in existing key account, promoting the company’s products effectively through technical/ commercial Differentiation and high level contacts with the decision makers. •Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. Network with influencers at customer’s place like commercials, finance, factory managers. •Meet the performance targets of enquiry generation, order intake, shipment, backlog, creation, selling prices, receivables etc. New product and market development. Operational excellence in the sales processes. Good customer relationships/ loyalty. •Ensure error free transactions with the customers. Compliance to customer complaint handling processes. Timely communication to customer’s queries. •Credit management. Ensure customer call and market coverage •Regularly prepare customer feedback report. Supply chain management. •Coordinating with customers for aligning their supply chain.
