Freelance HR consultant is a senior-level client facing position that works on a project basis on various client engagements in Egypt and the Middle East reporting to a full-time project director. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to participating in or running projects (with a small team) and activities related to: •Organization Mission, Vision and Values •Organization Diagnostic and Gap Analysis •Organizational Design •Compensation and Benefits •HR Policies and Procedures •Job Analysis and Descriptions •Workload and Workforce Analysis •Competency Modeling •Performance Management Length of commitment and timing is on a project-by-project basis. Consultants will be provided insight into the company’s approach and methodologies for application prior to each engagement.
Qualifications Must have either extensive internal HR operational, or external HR consulting experience, highly effective communication and relationship building skills including establishing and maintaining relationships with high level leadership and executives, flexibility and adaptability, interest in learning and applying best practice methodologies. Minimum bachelor’s degree. Fluency in spoken English. Excellent written capabilities in both languages, Arabic & English.
