Freelance trainer is a senior-level client facilitator that works on a project basis on various client learning and development activities covering management and various functional domains. Facilitations are in Egypt and sometimes other locations within the Middle East and reports to a full-time project director. Length of commitment and timing is on a project-by-project basis. Selected individual(s) will be provided with varying formats of capability and know-how development.
Qualifications Must have in-depth training experience, highly effective communication and relationship building skills including establishing and maintaining relationships with clients from various industries, flexibility and adaptability, interest in learning and applying best practice methodologies. Minimum bachelor’s degree. Fluency in spoken English. Excellent written capabilities in both languages, Arabic & English.
