Receiving Purchasing requisitions (PR) from Head of projects Department. Searching for reliable vendors and evaluate present suppliers. Prepares the purchase requisition and quotations Sending request for quotations to vendors before required delivery date with enough period for the whole process to take place. Follow-up the tendering process Analyzing offers received from vendors in terms of quality, price, payment terms, etc... Bargaining and negotiating with vendors in order to obtain best quality, prices and in appropriate time. Maintains update records of the company’s furniture & equipment asset Follow-up necessary repairs and maintenance of office equipment (fax, photo, projectors, photocopy and etc). Arrange for the provision of stamp, printing items, fax, stationery stock and business cards. Review the monthly invoices, Preparing Request for Approval from company CEO to proceed with the Purchase order to the vendor. Following up payment with its different methods (LC, Advance payment, credit, etc…) Following up products delivery and prepare receiving & inspection report to be signed through the technical advisor and send it to the financial dept for payment finalization. Coordinate, supervise the contractors’ services and ensure its execution as per contract terms conditions then check the invoices value and submit to vice president to be acceptable
