manage all soft services, sub contracts, audits and reports. • Regular audits on sites on priority basis. • Continuous monitoring of consumables compared to contractual allowances, manage the budget. • Grooming for all staff. • Maintain effective relation with the client • Prepare budget and cost models for the operation. • Management of Soft Services subcontractors • Audit and control of SLA and KPI’s related with contractual obligation. • Cleaning services to designated areas meet schedule of standards and frequencies. • 100% availability of agreed quality consumables in appropriate quantities. • Ensuring cleaning supervisor walks through to check the area and ensure cleaning is maintained
Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor’s degree. • BICS qualified will be an advantage Experience • Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar role in Facilities management field • Understand corporate environment Job Knowledge & Skills • In-depth knowledge of trade facilities management, corporate offices and pricing. • Strong housekeeping background and knowledge of other services like front of house, receptionist, office boys etc. • Strong IT skills. Experience in commonly used software packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Sound knowledge and experience in preparing scope of works, specifications for adhoc cleaning, pest control, landscaping, event management • Good level of interpersonal and communication skills.
