Description Collaborate with the District and Retail Sales Manager in planning annual budgets and sales targets for the Sales team. Achieve the required qualitative & quantitative KPIs as agreed. Closely manage and monitor the performance and progress in sales targets achievement, the quality of the portfolios and the persistency of policies. Coach and train the Sales teams on technical knowledge, managerial and selling skills. Monitor clients satisfaction and support the Sales team in developing sales opportunities. Conduct sales visits for the purpose of developing sales opportunities and to coach the Sales team on effective sales and client management. Explore and develop business opportunities to achieve targets. Ensure the Sales team members have proper licenses. Recruit the needed calibers to achieve the set targets, in coordination with the RTD. Ensure the motivation of the Sales teams and effective team building. Ensure all Sales teams focuses on customer satisfaction and upholding of Libano Suisse service standards, policies, procedures and decision making processes. Keep up to date with market developments, developing contacts and disseminating knowledge to Sales teams.
Qualifications University degree. At least 3 years of experience in sales management preferably in the insurance, banking or service fields. Good knowledge of company products and operations Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities. Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong reporting and presentation skills. Good coaching and teamwork abilities. Excellent computer skills. Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic
