1. Deal with the Manager’s incoming mail, including assessing its priority, collating it with relevant background information and presenting it in a logical and orderly manner, then allocate where necessary 2. Draft responses to and deal with straightforward correspondences to minimize the volume of direct responses required from the Manager 3. Deal with outgoing correspondences of Board Members and other top managers, ensuring their accuracy and timely production and dispatch 4. Perform some translation in both Arabic and English as requested 5. Manage the Manager diary to ensure the ability to fulfill commitments in accordance with agreed priorities 6. Ensure accurate and timely production of all reports and papers generated by the Manager, including drafting papers 7. Read, summarize and write comments on all reports presented by other departments 8. Organize meetings and receive visitors to the Manager 9. Produce notes of Manager meetings and ensure follow-up action is carried out 10. Organize travel arrangements and hotel reservations for the Manager within Egypt and overseas 11. Ensure up-to-date and accurate filing for all files required by the Manager i.e. filing correspondences, reports, visiting cards according to field of business & putting dates 12. Renew and reorganize filing system
Qualifications Ability to work independently and professionally – Ability to prioritize / effective time management skills - Ability to handle extremely detailed and highly confidential information

Other Skills Secretarial skills – MS Word (Typing in Arabic & English) – MS Office - filing skills - reports & correspondence – Internet – data entry
