•Respond and answer inbound calls with the high quality standards achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.•Support and provide superior service via phones, emails as a receiver and caller and follow up on customers.•Provide accurate and full information according to the company guidelines.•Resolve customers complaints and problems within boundaries of authority and distribute issues for further escalation to appropriate persons/ teams I.e.•Acquire customers’ orders and create opportunities for up-selling and cross selling (where applicable).•Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.•Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information.•Process orders forms and applications•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.•Maintain the required knowledge level of the company’s services and products and to follow the agreed company protocol and procedure on formal information sources to the customer.•Follows the agreed on guidelines, policies, process and procedures to ensure maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications •Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills •Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections •Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment •Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone. •Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills. •Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly •Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant degree. •Previous call center or telesales experience a plus, but not required
