     Support the HR Director in HR duties and requests as organizing events, schedule meetings, one to one and exist meetings. Provide and support all admin work / activities of the H.R department. Implement all recruitment process, screening, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment records, handling internal job posting, conducting reference checks, exit interviews. Co-ordinate the HR Management Process, this includes setting up meetings, producing agenda’s, and maintaining accurate actions of meeting. Maintain the departments head filing system, including H.R Director confidential files. Participate in the recruitment process, placing internal & or external advertisements. Responsible for tracking annual leaves.
Qualifications    3 Years of Experience. Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken. Excellent Communication skills. Microsoft office Expert (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably. Excellent time management skills.
