Support the HR Director in HR duties and requests as organizing events, schedule meetings, one to one and exist meetings. Provide and support all admin work / activities of the H.R department. Implement all recruitment process, screening, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment records, handling internal job posting, conducting reference checks, exit interviews. Co-ordinate the HR Management Process, this includes setting up meetings, producing agenda’s, and maintaining accurate actions of meeting. Maintain the departments head filing system, including H.R Director confidential files. Participate in the recruitment process, placing internal & or external advertisements. Responsible for tracking annual leaves.
Qualifications 3 Years of Experience. Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken. Excellent Communication skills. Microsoft office Expert (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably. Excellent time management skills.
