1) Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information & document financial transactions by entering account information for shops. 2) Recording all transactions related to shops, banks, & individuals 3) Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and that all financial reporting deadlines are met 4) Responsible for calculating Employees bonuses, extras, leaves, etc… 5) Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. 6) Visiting the banks once per week to make sure that the balances are right and matching the companys documents. 7) Inform and follow up with the owner with the due amounts for the suppliers to be ready & signed on time. 8) Compare the receipts received from the shops with the recorded transactions in books to make that they are the same 9) Preparing and delivering to the owner a weekly/monthly/ yearly report with all transactions happened to help him forecast the next year needs. 10) Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. 11) Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. 12) Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
Qualifications 1- Not less than 3 years experience in accounting. 2- Minimum one year of experience in using (accounting ERP system) 3- Excellent in Microsoft Office

Other Skills Near to Heliopolis is highly preferable. Experience at least 1 year in accounting. 1- Good team work. 2- Has been managed before so he can report well to his manager. 3- Flexible and hard worker.
