Preparation and updating of construction schedule of works using Primavera software for ongoing jobs. Updating and monitoring site progress status along with allocated resources & budget. Preparation of labor histograms for jobsite and as well as overall manpower requirements. Preparation of weekly progress reports/monthly reports for management & clients. Helping in Preparation of monthly invoices for ongoing jobs for running payments. Preparation of cash flow analysis (monthly/yearly) for management. Updating of material submission log and subcontractor’s log for ongoing jobs. Preparation of recovery program of works for ongoing projects in case of delay. Preparation of site visiting reports of the management. Monitoring site progress for ongoing jobs in case of delay in progress – making record, reasons for delay.
Qualifications -B.Sc. Engineering, Civil or Architect -Junior 1 to 4, Senior 6-9 years experience in planning. -Good command in English. -General contracting & construction field is mandatory
