• Implement best practices to fulfillment process along the operational chain. • Define proper capacity planning to ensure surges in orders from clients are handled in a timely manner. • Create adequate team structure and managing various operational teams. • Deliver measurable results linked to your business and ensure regular reporting of your actions and results. • Ensure the smooth of fulfillment of the requested items. • Confirm the quality of the measurement of the selected KPIS hourly, daily, Weekly and monthly. • Constantly improving and developing new internal process. • Make fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies and produces regular reports about the operations performance. • Coordinate with customer service to ensure optimum communication to our customers. • Manage the consistency and quality of the inventory • Identify potential expansions and income generations opportunities. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing vacancies and initiating corrective actions.
Qualifications • Minimum (6-9) years of experience preferred in (FMCG – Supermarkets and hypermarkets – Distribution centers) industries • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree. • Very Good MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills required.
