1. Participates in setting the manpower-plan, (personnel planning and recruiting), Discuss manpower needs according to business objectives. 2. Follows up and coordinate with recruitment channels (recruitment agencies, news papers, recruitment websites, and etc.). Source out labor category from local market. 3. Screens CVs, selects and short list potential candidates. 4. Executes pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid level posts. Coordinates with departments for technical interviews. 5. Submits candidates’ offers and follows up until placing. 6. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. 7. Develop a pool of qualified candidates (CVs) in advance of need. 8. Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. 9. Posts openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues. 10. Assists in creating and updating recruitment forms 11. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters. 12. Participates in assesses the annual training needs in order to develop annual Training Plan 13. Coordinates & implements the annual training plan according to both departments’ training needs and individual needs within the annual training budget set for each year. 14. Searches for courses’ outlines, materials and training providers to develop new programs that meet staff training needs.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in business administration. • HR Diploma is preferred. • Minimum 3 years experience in HR filed, preferably with a FMCG company.
