-Prepare the departments annual budget based on set instructions and develop the business plan accordingly to support the Organization objectives. -Setting and Implementing Sales Plan including analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales. -Achieve financial and operational targets for all aspects of store operations while maintaining a high customer satisfaction level. -Maximize & Developing Sales Revenue by supporting stores in maximizing revenue and driving sales, in order to meet the monthly sales objectives. -Communicate with board members and executive team, participating in strategic meeting and preparing quarterly sales presentations -Develop complex sales plans and strategies related to new store openings -Promote company, products and services within the community to improve public image -Develop new quality review standards and operational work flow that improved product performance while reducing cost. -Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. (Legal & Governmental Compliance) -Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. -Co-operate with marketing department in special promotions and displays and events. -Support marketing department with analysis including sales reports.
Qualifications 1- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus. 2- 6~8 years of experience in a similar field, out of which 3 in a managerial position; experience in retail is a plus. 3- Proficiency in MS Office. 4- Having experience in retail, Decorations and home appliance.
