You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. ------Responsibilities-------- •Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers •Execute company sales plan set by sales department •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships •Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customer. •Achieve monthly/annual sales targets set by the company •Making visits reports and making sure to educate customers with new products and supplying media publications •Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives •Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment •Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of their products •Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame •Performs collection activities as required •Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques •Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for period review.
Qualifications •Proven account management or other relevant experience •Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. •Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs •Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail •Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills •Excellent verbal and written communications skills •BA/BS degree or equivalent
