Responsibilities: 1.Collecting, understanding and organizing information both from suppliers and customers. 2.Organizing and filing information. 3.Preparing offers to customers. 4.Monitor demand on customers side 5.Generate new business opportunities. 6.Maintain existing customer’s database and insure customer satisfaction. 7.Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers 8.Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. 9.Managing and interpreting customer requirements 10.Negotiating tender and contract terms 11.Analyzing costs and sales 12.Preparing reports for head office 13.Meeting regular sales targets 14.Recording and maintaining client contact data 15.Coordinating sales projects 16.Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events 17.Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs 18.Liaise with principal suppliers in response to customers’ demands 19.Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and improve customer satisfaction. 20.Establishing marketing plans.
Qualifications •2-5 years of experience. •B.Sc. of Engineering. •Experience in marine field is a plus. •Fluent English language skill is a must. •Fluent computer skill is a must. •Project management skills.
