Sales management and all aspect of supplier relationship management. Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team writing technical proposals. Plans and develops the account strategies and tactics to identify and capitalize sales opportunities and makes account analysis. Responsible of the performance and development of the account executives. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. To understand training and development needs,and to provide insight for the improvement of account executives sales and activity performance. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding leads, performance,revenues and collection status. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by account executives. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFB responses ( commercial & technical) assists account executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Qualifications B.Sc, masters degree in business administration is preferred but not a must. Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, works under pressure, problem solving skills, excellent computer skills.
