Manage Website/e-demand • Create & Maintain company Website with appropriate design and content to reflect identify, values, products & offerings • Monitor and analyze website traffic and enhance content & design to improve traffic and e-demand. • Build and own a standard company presentation • Build and own standard Marketing templates • Maintain and up to date Marketing site on the Intranet including all key marketing assets • Manage third party agencies and the budget allocated to them Product • Understand and Develop product strategy with product team • Assist the products team in conducting competitor analysis and market research to ensure the company maintains its market leading & unique position/offering • Support Product team in creating content for product and offerings presentations and brochures (localized Arabic & English) • Support Product team in creating project briefs, approved customer case studies, customer references & testimonials • Create, design and push product newsletters to customers and partners • Measure the ROI for demand campaigns (website, social media, events & tradeshows) based on number of leads generated from such campaigns Social Media • Establish & Grow KN & products social presence & followers on key social media channels namely Twitter, FB & Linkedin • Monitor & Respond to social Media in Real time including e-demand campaigns • Engage customers on Social Media PR • Acquire mailing lists for potential clients for e-demand campaigns • Provide Links to KN website whenever possible in press releases • Develop joint PR campaigns/interviews with customers and partners • Position KN as a regional leader in the relevant industries and product categories Events • Manage events with customers and partners for our products and offerings • Create content, Design and push e-invitations to internal and external stakeholders during events and other special occasions.
Qualifications • At least 3 years experience in Marketing Executive position focusing on Product Marketing– preferably worked for IT company • BSc degree • A proven track record of planning and manage a range of online and offline marketing campaigns • Excellent copy writing and proof reading skills • Ambitious, motivated to learn and progress in career development • Creative • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships • Can work well to deadlines
