Job Level Executive/ Director
•Prepare valuation models •Conduct preliminary due diligence investigations •Write the detailed information memoranda and compile presentations describing the key features of client companies in association with the client companies’ legal advisors •Participate in various transaction-related marketing efforts (e.g. roadshows) and recruiting activities of the firm (e.g. appointing legal, technical and financial advisors) •Develop new business and do the common work such as preparing client presentations and market new products (e.g. sales pitches) •Fulfill other duties of researching and structuring transactions, pricing and closing deals •Identify investment opportunities, undervalued stocks, proactive participation in the investment committee •Participate in ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures •Regular reviews of existing clients’ portfolios to ensure investment objectives are being met •Structure and develop new funds and investment products for clients
Qualifications •BSc. in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration (MBA or CFA is a plus) with high honors or a minimum GPA of 3.5 . Minimum 5 to 7 years in investment banking or Private Equity or Asset Management at a reputable house
