Responsible for full operation of the store including opening, closing, staffing, cash and inventory. Establish and exceed organizational performance and individual performance goals. Complete duties and provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service to customers within the framework of established company policies. Create a positive work environment, which is as important as creating a positive customer experience. Motivate, lead and train a winning sales team. Get to know team members – their strengths and weaknesses, aspirations and goals, background and experience – and uses that knowledge to help them succeed. Role-play with team to help them sharpen their skills or learn to deal with challenging situations. Assist and support store associates in all aspects of sales and customer service as required. Participate in community events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community. Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers of the assigned store. Assure a good environment for both employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Handle cash, cash up and reconcile till and credit card machines at the end of the day. Responsible for inventory stock and requisition new stock. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised Ensure issuing invoice with any sales transaction. Deal with finance department (Closing the operation day to day). Make reports and monthly supplier sales amount. Make sure that all staff is wearing uniform with high grooming. Handle the monthly attendance for the staff .
