Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests, Performs clerical and organisational tasks, In addition to routine secretarial functions such as filing, scheduling appointments, routing mail, taking minutes or typing documents, conduct research, prepare reports for senior administration staff or supervise clerical staff. Meeting and taking minutes of meetings, Following up all department and report to the chairman.
Qualifications 1- University degree. 2- Minimum 7 years’ experience on Executive Secretary 3- High communication skills. 4- Perfect Computer skills. 5- Perfect speaking and writing English and Arabic.
