This position is responsible for all areas relating to financial analysis including financial planning,analysis and projections of the business. He will forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects. He also provides accurate data-based information on company’s profitability,solvency,stability and liquidity 3 most important KPIs:1.Timely issuance of periodical reports,2.Early and prompt monitoring & reporting of financial deviations,3.Clear & prompt detailed cost analysisPrepare budgets, forecasts, and any needed feasibility studiesConsolidate and analyses financial data (budgets,income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standingAssemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risksDevelop financial models conduct benchmark and process analysisConduct business studies on past,future and comparative performance and develop forecast modelsIdentify trends advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysisTrack and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting dataConsult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scopeDrive process improvement and policy Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational dataGuide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures;providing trends and forecasts;explaining processes and techniques;recommending actionsImprove financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to managementRespond to inquiries from the CFO,Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding his scope of work
