 Handle air ticketing requests received from employees of IMC head office and branches.  Request and receive air tickets offers and reserve tickets with best offers.  Handle visa issuing and international insurance with Travel Agencies.  Make necessary data entry for all HR payment documents.  Handle filing of HR payment documents.  Follow up payments processing with the Finance Department.  Follow up with medical insurance complaints as directed by line manager.  Handle medical insurance requests with Medical Supplier’s physician at head office.  Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.  Good command of English language  Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
