*Maintain employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance. *Coordinate new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings. *Coordinate and setting-up training classes or meetings. *Maintain the applicant database. *Review screening, and maintaining applications and resumes *Prepare Candidate Shortlist and set interviews *Assist in creation, distribution and collection of feedback from company-wide annual survey. *Assist in preparation of special events such as Celebrations and other office or company gatherings to maintain good employee relations. *Assist in providing compliance in all areas of human resources. *Issue needed attendance reports *Support in handling various HR functions
