1. Provide functional solution design and Implement modules in some business areas if needed 2. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and best practices 3. Acts as first line support for end users regarding daily transactions in Oracle Supply Chain Module (Purchasing, Inventory and Paid Services 4. Support go-live by being on site and working with the operations and technical team 5. Perform / updates and test required setups in terms of deploying new business requirements. 6. Raise support tickets with Oracle Support and follow up for solutions 7. Coordinates with Oracle support, DBA and technical team consultants for implementing bug fixes 8. Handle the monthly, quarterly and annual closing issues for Purchasing, Inventory and Paid services 9. System Administration admin (Users creation, responsibilities, menus, profile options… etc) 10. Managing the GAP between EBS and current business cycle for each module 11. Prepare test plans, scripts and cases to certify the implementation quality versus business requirement 12. Prepare End user manual and user training

Other Skills - Have a good experience in analysis and design , new application requirements - Strong oral and written communications skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to communicate effectively with team members - Excellent command of English - 3 successful implementations at least
