Achieve hand over set targets and objectives. Handover of units to customers once handover requirements have been met. Arrange and attend one on one meeting date and time with customer for the technical inspection in coordination with hand over engineer. Conduct handover appointments ensuring that all paperwork is ready and completed. Promote, offer, sell and coordinate the available revenue generating packages and services. Coordinate with customer for the home orientation and project visits. Maintaining records of daily transaction and customer unit historical data. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers Handling site walk in customer’s visits ,queries, and complaints. Carries out pre-inspection checks to ensure that the property is in a presentable state. Provides input into the development of more efficient handover procedures. Prepares correspondence, files, reports and other written documentation, and monitor documents such as snagging list, etc. Handle other tasks as per direct superior assignment.
Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills . •Ability to handle angry customers on a face to face base . •Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval . •Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team •Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions
