1. Analyzing and building operations processes for each department. 2. Implementing a company’s quality controls and policies. 3. Researching and reviewing customer feedback to enhance quality processes and decisions. 4. Ensuring that processes meet required standards. 5. Monitoring the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process using metrics and KPIs. 6. Undertaking internal quality audits. 7. Supports staff and teams across the business to ensure quality frameworks are implemented. 8. Provide updates to senior management regarding quality measures and issues. 9. Link & coordinate between departments due to collect their data into process
Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant. Years of Exp. : Relevant 2 years’ experience . Experience in process code and Visio MS process. Good communication skills
