He supervises and has authority for civil engineering projects. He is the principal project administrator and communications link between • Client, • Sub-consultants, •Local, State, and Federal Regulatory agencies, •Public Authorities •The General Construction Contractor. • Establish documentation and administrative organization for the project • Analyse the project scope, the clients RFP and firms proposal with the Project Architect. Organize the work on the project and set forth the procedures to be employed in accomplishing the project. • Contract for the services of outside consultants when required. • Maintain high quality of service provision • Arrange with government authorities to handle a related jobs • Follow up and update management with running and future plans • Arrange for preliminary construction estimates. • Interpret the intent of contract drawings and specifications, General Contractor, Building Inspector, and the other interested parties.
Qualifications •From 15 to 20 years Experience in heavy industrial field in project management & Civil consultation •Computer skills:MS Office /MS Windows/Business Enterprises SAP and/or oracle (preferable) /Primavera AutoCAD programs
