• Communicate effectively all customers’ inquires, complains, or sales on the telephone through following contact center procedures and quality standards to ensure customer satisfactions and delivery of service • Maintaining punctuality on working hours through complying to start time and break times to ensure availability and optimum utilization • Build a customer relationship/partnership through gaining customer trust to add value to the customer and ensure leading to a long term profitable relationship. • Maintain high performance through accomplishing assigned targets and Quality guidelines on the due dates to ensure achieving performance • Filling CRM with accurate information through active listening and affirming client information to ensure availability and validity of the information on the systems • Following Centro’s Rules and procedures written in the ‘Hand Book’, Positively adapting with the environment inside Centro’s premises, under the visionary umbrella of Centro Global Solutions • Show a comprehensive knowledge of products and services and their competitive advantages through continues self-improvement and following quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving performance targets
Qualifications • Languages: Fluent command of English (oral/written) • University degree (Grads only) • knowledge of Windows operating environment
