- Responsible for the implementation of plans and executive programs for the stores, which serve in the end to achieve the main goals of the institution - Implementation of bills of exchange and Flashback and additions and transfers of branches - Responsible for organizing the storage units and shelves and safety stocks, according to the instructions of storage - Supervise the workers during operations in addition stocks and arranged and organized properly and according to the instructions - Proposal promoting and curative and preventive measures that will improve the performance of its management work - The implementation of all the tasks required by the Director of the stores and warehouses Coordinator in managing the business, stores limits - Raising a weekly report to the inventory manager and coordinator of the stores to show what has been done and what has been postponed with a statement of reason - All of the above must be done according to the procedure adopted for official warehouse management - Storekeeper responsible for keeping all Quality to conduct warehouse management and are subject to all of its internal audit models records
Qualifications 1. Save and Recall documents and documents 2. how full storage know-how and full understanding of the instructions storage 3. Medium managerial skills to manage those who are under the scope of supervision and distribution business for them 4. Effective communication skills and delivery of information for specialists and non-specialists 5. The ability to accomplish and perform most of the work on the timing and one without confusion
