•Respond to customer inquiries. •Research required information using available resources. •Handle and resolve customer complaints. •Provide customers with KidZania product and service information. •Process orders, forms and applications. •Identify and escalate priority issues. •Route inquires to appropriate resource. •Follow up customer inquiries where necessary. •Attend to all types of visits (franchisers, commercial. partners, sponsors, clients, etc.) •Coordinate special events together with the Marketing team. •Make constant runs of the Park to guarantee that personnel is offering adequate service •Provide support to the university student aides •In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by Management
Qualifications Must be graduated max age is 28 •Previous guest service experience preferred. •Excellent communication skills required. •Positive interpersonal skills required. •Must be fluent in verbal and written English. •Previous call-center experience preferred. •Excellent listening and comprehension skills required. •Frequent standing with some walking and sitting •Will stand for long periods of time.
