Management: • Lead, support & coach the Reporting team. • Provide guidance and support to team members. • Conduct regular meetings with all Sales Management teams to discuss business insights & key findings. • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain & HR on common business & reporting key issues. • Responsible for preparing sales management reports (Strategic Plan, Quarter Report, Deep Dive…etc.) Strategize the commercial KPIs setting for Fleet Management, Service Excellence & Budgeting in with Sales management teams to evaluate the company performance in order to enhance the understanding of the business & to improve the decision making at the senior management level. • Supporting the process of setting sales force volume KPIs & targets together with Head of Sales & Demand Planning & splitting it to Account Manager/Driver level and measuring performance respectively. • Responsible for the calculation of the sales force Execution KPIs in the salesman commission. • Manage, review & sign-off all the Sales Force & Customers commission payout. Reporting: • Responsible for all commercial reporting systems (SAP Reporting, HeiBi, Service Excellence BI, Fleet Management, Commercial Equipment & GPS), responsibility includes but not limited to identifying reporting scope, gathering reporting business requirements & testing. • Responsible for all advanced commercial reporting. • Introduce inefficiencies and improve standard reporting. • Analyze results & provide Commercial Dashboards summarizing the respective key findings, market trends, ideas & general guidance. • Provide customized reporting & recommendation in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
Qualifications •Business Graduate •Advanced Excel & Word •5+ years of experience preferably in FMCG Organizations. •Extensive Knowledge of Reporting & Analysis. •Profound Knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM & Business Intelligence Systems. •Project Management experience, preferably PMP certified.
