Maintains sales volume, product mix 4-Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work 5-Keep up- to- date with current market updates. 6-Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
Qualifications 1- bachelor degree from a reputable university. 2- from 7 to 10 years of experience, minimum 2 years in a similar position
