1- Delivery and receipt of banking documents from and to the various banks. 2- Receive and deposit in the companys different bank accounts any cash or check received in Alexandria branch offices, not related to cement sales, and handover of the deposit slip to Accounting & Treasury Service. 3- Maintain safekeeping of Cash, Checks and Letters of Guarantee in the Companys Safety Box; in addition to control over the petty cash fund held at down town office. 4- Running the bank reconciliation on SAP on daily and weekly basis by receiving bank statements from the various banks and/or downloading them through online banking, analyzing different transactions and comparing them with our records; then justifying the differences and settling them. 5- Preparation and update of various support files necessary for some functions, as the LC & LG situation update, Companies suppliers follow-up, payments to group companies,… etc. 6- Withdrawal, paying and handling of specific cash needs, such as certain cash salaries, court fees, and travel allowances, after revising the related payment requests and ensuring their due approval. 7- Receive and collect all financial documents regarding payment, 8- Delivery of the issued checks and/or bank drafts to their corresponding recipients, 9- Prepare and provide when necessary and requested, any financial documents requested by the legal or tax consultants to be presented to the tax authority 10- Follow up on the payment conditions of the contracts with consultants and apartment rents, to ensure their payments on timely basis 11- Answer to inquiries from suppliers, colleagues, or other parties about the status and availability of checks.
Qualifications BSc. in Accounting, or in any relevant field. Experience : 1 – 3 Years of relevant experience. Proficiency in communicating with the management and staff of the company. Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus. Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines. Computer knowledge – a good knowledge of Microsoft Office . SAP system Knowledge will be an added advantage .
