•Perform service interventions in an efficient manner (First Time Fix the problem) in strict compliance with operating procedures and manuals. •Must be able to correctly troubleshoot, repair all electrical components and brands of air compressors. •Customer site installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. •Carrying out quality inspections. •Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. •Fitting new parts. •Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate. •Measuring performance of electrical components, devices and engines. •Must be able to properly use multi meters, amp meters, vibration and infrared meters. •Read and interpret documents such as blueprints, technical drawings, safety rules, product catalogues, technical data, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. •Good understanding of Design patterns. •A good understanding of electronic control systems. •Reading the electrical circuits of the equipment. •Detecting electric failures and solving problems of the equipment. •Checking AC motors. •Checking DC motors. •Designing the control electrical circuits. •Drawing the control electrical circuits. •Wiring, testing and putting into operation control circuits. •Assisting the maintenance manager in internal supervising and arranging work and repair inside the workshop. •Participating in organizing the list of spare parts of warehouse needed in the future and determining the local alternatives for them. •Composing technical and financial proposals. •Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Qualifications •Screw compressors, Air Dryers, Blowers, Generators, Chillers, Thermal oil Heaters, Cooling Towers, Pressure/Vacuum Vessels, Vacuum system, Heat exchangers, Forklifts, Vacuum Pumps. •Must have understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles and components.
