Job Level Managerial
1.Plans, evaluates and manages fleet capacity and utilization. 2.Responsible for efficiency KPIs and standards of the fleet. 3.Manages the operation and maintenance of the organizations motor vehicles. 4.Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs. 5.Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships. 6.Controls the maintenance and repair of vehicles in the fleet. 7.Organizes replacement and disposal of damaged or old vehicles. 8.Ensures all proper documentation is done (work orders, vehicle inspections). 9.Manages vehicle handover teams and shifts. 10.Responsible to ensure proper operation techniques to ensure safety of operation and of company assets. 11.Analyzes trip delays and implements changes to process to save time. 12.Schedules weekly and daily work assignments for drivers. 13.Monitors driver attendance, documents violations, prepares infraction notices. 14.Ensures driver performance evaluations are completed. 15.Organizes regular driver safety meetings, evaluates safety and training programs to improve effectiveness. 16.Responds to accidents and conducts accident investigations including all required reports. 17.Reports fleet cost, performance & profitability. 18.Coordinates fleet workflow. 19.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Qualifications B.Sc. from any discipline

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
