Monitors and ensures compliance of the different operations in the organization with national and international standards and legislation of the application of Quality Management Systems Programs (QMS). Facilitates hazards identification, risk assessment and development of risk control measures and identifies environmental aspects of operational activities, their impact on the environment and develop required operational controls. Establishes the operational policies and procedures manual for the QA department and participates in establishing the company departmental policies and procedures manual, and monitors their ongoing implementation. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence, and ensures clear communication of those changes to the relevant departments. Sets and prepares the yearly audit plan, communicates to all department heads, and monitors the Audit Team work during implementation to ensure the achievement of the plans milestones. Reviews and analyzes Audit reports submitted by the Audit Team, identifying relevant quality-related training needs prepares a training plan accordingly, and liaises with HR Department for its implementation. Reviews the weekly Non Conformity Reports, identifies and analyzes repeated non-conformity, proposing corrective and preventive actions and sends to QC for implementation and to the relevant department head, highlighting cost implications. Review employee safety programs to determine their adequacy. Provide technical advice and guidance to organizations on how to handle health-related problems and make needed changes. Generates statistical reports on periodical basis (quarterly, half yearly / annually), regarding company performance against set parameters, presents them to management indicating deviation from standards and provides recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications B.Sc. from any discipline (Preferred science) 7+ years experience. Manufacturing experience is a must.
