1. General secretarial work including: Maintaining filing system, scanning, photocopying, faxing, printing e-mails, answering telephone calls. 2. Enter client contacts and update database. 3. Edit documents as needed. 4. Receives visitors. 5. Receive and handles all incoming mail. 6. Responsible for file management (i.e. preparing files, archiving,) 7. Assists Top Management in producing requested reports, follow up on different issues. 8. May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 9. Bachelors degree of any discipline with 3 years experience. 10. Professional and honest 11. Treat all issues in a confidential matter 12. Excellent in English and Arabic (verbal and written) 13. Works under pressure. 14. Primary skill is organizational ability, problem solving and flexibility. 15. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) and when and how to communicate depending on the audience. 16. Must know how to work in a team and be a team player. 17. Multi-task, is able to handle many and various tasks at the same time. 18. Responsible and hard worker. 19. Excellent computer skills (MSW- Power point- Excel).
