Major Focus: 1- Deliver Microsoft Servers & Systems related technologies courses. 2- Identify and use different training resources. 3- Follow up with training participants and managers after any training 4- Contribute in planning and coordination of the yearly training requirements 5- Agree details of training sessions with relevant parties. 6- Implement and ensure evaluation of training is done by participants according to company procedure with involved parties. 7- willing to deliver courses outside Egypt, especially in the Gulf Area.
Qualifications Qualifications: • Bachelors degree (IT related degree) from a Reputable college with a minimum grade of good. • 2+ years of experience as a trainer or Administrator. • Excellent command in English • Familirity with Server Infrastructure, Operating System, Cloud/System Center, Exchange Server, Lync Server, Office 365, Sharepoint Server is a must • IT related international certificates from international Microsoft is a plus. • willing to reallocate between branches. • Cairo residence only.
