•Understand Scope and decompose it into Work Breakdown Structure and Work Packages to be more manageable. •Prepare contract baseline schedule and/or revised schedules using scheduling software. •Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule. •Prepare the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates. •Prepare& update periodically the progress performance curves & key performance indicators. •Conduct the schedule monthly progress update for the purpose of distributing information to all concerned departments. •Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed. •Liaise with project engineering personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers. •Prepare & monitor Cash Flow Reports for management. •Preparing Manpower, Histograms & Equipment Plan throughout different phases of each project to ensure proper cost calculation. •Carry out Schedule Risk Analysis. •Identify schedule slippages and potential slippages and develop and propose mitigation actions. •Conduct regular site visits to assess the project progress. •Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoices, variations and change orders. •Assists in invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required. •Utilize planning tools such as MS excel, MS Project and Primavera. •Manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all processes. •Participate all meeting such as schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, and constructional review meeting. •Prepare required presentation for the Top Management.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable university. •Minimum 5 years of experience in construction & Contracting companies
