• Plan itinerary and schedule travel accommodations for staff, coaches, and team members • Study routes and regulations to consider cost, availability, and convenience in dealing with numerous travel agencies and airlines in developing the most efficient and economical forms of travel • Assist department personnel in determining travel needs; notify department personnel and/or team members of travel dates and times providing written itineraries when needed • Administer and manage all paperwork associated with department travel including purchase requisitions, check requests, purchase orders, special purchase orders, and travel vouchers • Assist in preparing travel invoices • Collect the approved travel invoices
Qualifications University graduate of any discipline. 0-1 years of experience, preferably in the same field.
