1. Conduct research on the products in the process of better understanding consumer opinions and preferences. 2. Consistently monitor and analyze competitor activities and performance. 3. Support and contribute ideas to the new product development process. 4. Attend tradeshows, industry events, and to stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activities, and to identify new opportunities. 5. Participate in developing marketing Strategy & plan. 6. Execute annual marketing plans. 7. Tracking competition (media & penetration). 8. Managing all outdoors activities. 9. Participate and supervise the production of TVCs and Radio ads. 10. Coordinate between company departments to ensure that brand strategies have been successfully optimized into their action plans. 11. Campaigns planning and implementation. 12. Work with Art Department/Supplier to develop brand communication.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Marketing, Advertising or Communications emphasis preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in F.M.C.G marketing brand management. • Excellent creative, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Power Point. • Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. • Strong attention to detail.
