1. Prepare complete, challenging and creative Weekly-Daily Lesson plans on time. 2. Follow school academic policies with regards to homework, assessment, and cheating/plagiarism. 3. Provide students with sufficient notes (handouts and board work) – and check binders / folders / notebooks periodically. 4. Create and administer two weekly assessments of students (Each week two assessments should be handed back and two new assessments completed). 5. Use and apply pedagogy (science of teaching) in designing lesson plans and teaching in class. 6. State expectations of students and class objectives clearly to students. 7. Communicate accurately and promptly with students by checking assignments, projects, and assessments and follow up on student progress. 8. Provide a safe and friendly learning environment in class encouraging students learning. 9. Show a complete grasp of subject matter being taught and demonstrate appropriate knowledge. 10. Encourage students consistently to excel and provides assistance to students challenged in class. 11. Ensure an organized, focused, and efficient class. 12. Follow and enforce ALL SCHOOL RULES and school behavioral policies. 13. Treat all students equally and with respect. 14. Communicate effectively with students and parents with regards to academic work, behavior, and follow-up.
