1) Coordinate the purchasing orders between the suppliers and the company. 2) Negotiating the suppliers’ offers & the payment terms to insure delivery as per the approved specifications. 3) Screening suppliers’ offers & negotiating a good quality with appropriate prices. 4) Identify the priorities of the purchasing orders according to the companys needs. 5) Sending weekly report showing the status of each order. 6) Coordinate shipping arrangements such as consolidating the suppliers’ shipments reaching to the appropriate freight cost for the cargo & avoiding any feeding problems. 7) Regular follow up of purchasing orders till reaching the ware house. 8) Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. 9) Coordinate financial settlements related to purchase orders 10) Arrange meetings with the foreign & local suppliers to identify organizational needs.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor Degree at any relevant 2.0-3 years experience. 3.Communication skills. 4.Interpersonal skills. 5.Team player. 6.Committed. 7.V.good Computer skills (word and excel). 8.V.good English Language. 9.Ability to Work under pressure. 10.Self-motivated. 11.Organized and ability to priorities tasks.
