• Follow up on heads of departments to be sure that they are handling their jobs effectively. • Ensure the obligation of all staff members with companys rules and regulations. • Participate in setting the companys objectives and finding innovative ways for business development. • Participate in setting plans and providing guidelines and insights to top management. • Setting, reviewing, and getting the approval of action plans and budgets. • Attendance of board meetings and formulating recommendations and decisions resulted from the meeting. • Developing the companys organization structure and getting the final approval from the top management. • Initial approval of promotions, staffing and salaries at the end of the year to be finally approved from the top management. • Preparing companys budget and getting final approval from top management. • Initial approval of executive contracts which have durations more than six months to be finally approved from top management. • Approval of attendance, vacations, and missions. • Approval of cash custodies, cash expenditure and cash receivable on behalf of companys top management. • Follow up with permanent customers and building strong relationships with them and attracting new customers. • Follow up of daily operations; reviewing accounts receivable report daily, tracking maintenance, fuel and fleet reports. • Follow up weekly sales status, and conducting weekly meeting with managers. • Follow up annual license renewal of all vehicles, and all needed licenses for work operations. • Represents the company in communication with other entities and individuals. • Sending monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the top management. • Imposing sanctions and penalties, and giving incentives to employees. • Communicating with governmental agencies to solve any problems could disrupt the work. • Enhancing commitment with HSSE policies and procedures.
Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration or similar. Master degree is preferable. Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field. High Knowledge of work rules and regulations Previous experience in management of a company with headcount not less than 200. Sales & Marketing experience.
