• Analyzing purchasing process and participation in the improvement and documentation of purchasing. • Proposed cost saving strategies in the purchasing functions. • Prepare and update monthly purchasing plan. • Ensure that all documentation is approved during the purchasing process. • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists for purchasing manager. • Co – ordinate the process of procurement of plant construction, packaging materials, supervision for 2 buyer’s fruit’s raw materials from the domestic and overseas suppliers as per the company procedures. • Attend progress and technical meetings, discus and suggest technical proposals. • Established both approved suppliers list & temporary suppliers list for imported and local suppliers. • Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and / or gathering information required to achieve target. • Negotiate offers with suppliers and reach the best price and negotiate payment terms. • Developing new vendors and maintaining relations with existing suppliers. • Manage movement of shipments options to reduce the cost and increase the probability. • Comply with document requirements, shipping procedures and import requirements for smooth flow of goods.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Experienced from 3 – 5 years in FMCG ‘S field.
