• Know very well the supply chain process & documents • Searching for outsource suppliers & negotiate the pricing with them • Follow up with sales Sep. to get the plan for the products monthly • Planning delivery timetables • Monitoring stock levels • Ensuring stores have enough stock • Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand • Tracking the orders to make sure they arrive at their destination • Send daily report about the order status & stock . • Improving processes to reduce costs. • Developing documentation related to support. • Experience in analyzing complex data and come up with conclusions/recommendation.
Qualifications • Experience with retail brands is a must • Proven capability to follow-through and make sure that initiatives/projects are perfectly executed • Strong organizing and management skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills. • Hands on & execution oriented. Doer vs. Talker • Multi-tasked to be able to execute several tasks
